How do I book a portrait date for my school?

Is there a minimum number of students needed?

Yes we require a minimum of 25 children (siblings are considered 1 registration) to be registered

What backdrops and props do you offer?

Our backdrops change every season to keep it new and fresh for parents. All backdrops are a variety of classic neutral colors so nothing overpowers our beautiful subjects. Darker and richer colors for fall sessions and lighter colors for spring. Our props change out every season as well and are used to create seasonal photos (spring/Easter, fall and Christmas) and also a variety of classic poses.

How many poses does each child get?

Typically each child will receive no less than 3 poses (as long as they are willing participants) and usually receive between 4-6 with a variety of different poses. Siblings are normally photographed twice together and 1-2 individuals.

What packages and prices do you offer?

We offer several different printed packages with digital download add-ons to keep it as affordable as possible for parents. They can purchase just digital copies without having to purchase prints as well as individual printed sheets, canvases and enlargements. We offer novelty products like keychains, magnets, mugs and much more!   

How long does it take for portraits to arrive?

All printed orders are sent to the lab after the 7-10 day cutoff time for your schools orders. They are sent to the school directly from the lab and are typically received within three weeks after picture day. All digital download orders are sent via the purchaser’s email within 24hrs of receiving payment.

Do you offer make up days for children who were absent?

For any child who missed picture day, or refused to be photographed we offer them to come to a school we are photographing nearby if that option is available. If you know ahead of time please let us know as it will give more options and locations. For schools who had 10+ children out we can discuss any open dates we have available to return to your center. Unfortunately we don’t currently have a studio available but hope to in the near future! 

Do you only work with Pre-K? Do you photograph K-12 as well?

Yes! While the majority of our schools are childcare age, we do photograph private K-12 schools as well.  

Are we involved in the ordering process? How does that work?

You have no order forms, proofs or money to collect! Parents can view and order their photos directly online. All the printed photo orders will ship to the school and get distributed to the children to take home.
